- How much space does the booth need?
- Around 10ft x 10ft with a little room for a queue, plus a standard power outlet within about 25ft. Outdoors is fine as long as there's cover from rain and direct wind.
- How long does setup take?
- We arrive 60 minutes before your start time and are packed down within 45 minutes at the end. Setup and breakdown are never counted in your booked hours.
- Do you travel outside Nassau?
- Yes — Exuma, Eleuthera, Abaco and the wider Bahamas. Off-island events carry a travel and freight fee that we quote per booking.
- Are prints really unlimited?
- Yes. Every guest in each session gets a print, as many times as they like for the whole of your booked coverage.
- Can we pause the booth between cocktail hour and dancing?
- Absolutely. That's an idle hour — the booth stays set up and staffed but closed, at a reduced rate.
- When do we get the digital images?
- Your full high-resolution gallery is delivered within 48 hours, ready to download and share.
- How do we reserve our date?
- A 50% reservation payment and acceptance of your agreement will reserve your date.
- Can we book the booth with our wedding film?
- Yes — Green Tree Productions films the day and we handle the booth. Booking both is the easiest way to keep everything with one team.
